She is simply the best!!!! I do live abroad. Since I had lived on Beacon Hill years ago, I have asked Frann for help in buying apartments on Beacon Hill. In the mean I have bought three apartments through Frann. Buying Apartment, not being present, would have been impossible, without having someone present like her. She is looking through all present offers, visits them, makes pictures and sends those with her suggestions, what the pit falls are and what we need to offer. She has always been right down to point. She helps getting an inspection, lawyer and so on. She is always available, always friendly and even the most stupid questions from my side, she does not mind. Even, if she already did put in significant amounts of work and I did not make an offer after all, she never tried to convince. Frann was a pleasure to work with as a realtor as she aided my wife and I in both the sale and purchase of a condo with the closings scheduled exactly one week from one another. She was extremely helpful and organized quarterbacking the process from start to finish.
In regards to the purchase, Frann always made time available to view a property both setting up private viewings and spending hours together on a weekend hitting numerous open houses. We were very fortunate that we were able to secure a property very early on in our search and we did not have to endure the heartbreak of losing out on multiple offers. Frann helped make this possible by offering very honest feedback after seeing a property and advising whether or not she thought the property was priced aggressively or positioned to field a bidding war. She gave us her honest advice on whether or not she felt an offer we were considering was a strong offer, however, she never tried to force our hand and we never felt any pressure from her to do anything out of our comfort zone. After getting the property under agreement her recommendations of third party vendors was excellent as I used her suggestions for the home inspector and insurance agent.
In regards to the sale, Frann was very thorough with the process of due diligence providing multiple rounds of market comps in effort to strategically determine a listing price. We even spent a full day together viewing open houses to understand the current market and effectively price the unit. Her suggestions for prepping the condo for sale were spot on as painting the unit gave it a completely new feel and definitely made it show exponentially better. Her photographer and marketing materials were extremely professional and classy. She hosted three open houses for the sale and got my unit under agreement in less than a week. She truly streamlined the entire process.
Aside from her knowledge and expertise she also truly understands the human emotions involved in the process. Buying a condo in a competitive market can be extremely stressful and selling can be very nerve racking as well. Frann was always willing to listen, regardless of the time of the day. Her advice was always extremely genuine and we never felt any pressure from her to do anything that was out of our comfort zone.
