The Quinn

The Quinn is Related Beal’s latest luxury new construction condo project located in the South End’s emerging New York Streets neighborhood. Located at 370-380 Harrison Ave, The Quinn’s design hails from acclaimed Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The Quinn will feature 101 luxury condos ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms. The ground floor will be home to 8,500 sq ft of commercial space. Select units will have roof cabanas with outdoor kitchens and there will be a full slate of resident amenities including 24/7 Doorman, White Glove Concierge Services, Resident Lounge, Common Terrace with Outdoor Kitchen, Game Room, Dog City Pet Spa. Garage parking will be located beneath the building. Prices are expected to start at $800,000 for Studios/Junior 1 Beds and cap out at around $5,000,000+ for 4 Bedroom Penthouses. Sky cabanas will be included with select units and additional cabanas will also be available for purchase. Unit sizes will range from 520 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.  Pre-sales are expected to start in August 2019 with expected completion by late Fall 2020.

The Archer Residences

The Archer Residences is an upcoming exclusive luxury condominium development featuring 66 residences. The boutique collection of condominium homes is located in Boston’s sought after Beacon Hill neighborhood. The Archer Residences will restore two historic buildings and construct a new penthouse level, coming together to be seven stories high and 119,000 square feet. The Residences will offer the option of one to three bedroom units, ranging from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000+.

Amenities include concierge service, a fitness center, a children’s room, a common roof deck, and underground garage parking.

Known as Boston’s most anticipated residential address, Echelon Seaport pairs stylish condominiums with a whole new level of lifestyle and design. The three-tower construction will boast 50,000+ square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. If you dream it, Echelon will have it. Developers say the amenities are an extension of the home, bringing people together and creating connectivity.

Echelon Seaport is set to start opening in 2019. It plans to have 717 apartments and condominiums total, with most condos.
