The Archer Residences

The Archer Residences is an upcoming exclusive luxury condominium development featuring 66 residences. The boutique collection of condominium homes is located in Boston’s sought after Beacon Hill neighborhood. The Archer Residences will restore two historic buildings and construct a new penthouse level, coming together to be seven stories high and 119,000 square feet. The Residences will offer the option of one to three bedroom units, ranging from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000+.

Amenities include concierge service, a fitness center, a children’s room, a common roof deck, and underground garage parking.

Residents are in close proximity to the Massachusetts State House, the Financial District, and Back Bay.

These ultra-lux units are currently under construction and the Sales Center plans to open in early 2018.

The Marc

The Marc is a five-story, 23,000+ square foot boutique condominium development opening late 2018. Located in Bay Village at the intersection of Back Bay and South End, these ultra luxury units are set in a former French church and rectory building.
