The open floor plans will showcase impeccable, contemporary architecture and design, where residents can expect state-of-the-art features, including oversized windows boasting exceptional views of the Boston skyline and harbor. The Club will be one-of-a-kind—a dramatic two-story space of unrivaled, luxury amenities. The grounds include a landscaped park, retail space and an underground parking garage. The complex fosters a sense of community while allowing for a range of diverse residences, varying in size from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom townhomes, each with modern, elegant finishes, in-unit fireplaces and rooftop terraces.  Living here, you will find yourself amidst a plethora of art galleries, museums, small theaters, trendy restaurants, the entertaining SOWA Open Market and a new Boston Sports Club.  Rollins Square is adjacent to the MTBA’s Silver Line station, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
