Beacon Hill resides between Boston Common, and the Charles River.

Historic, elegant, tranquil

One of Boston’s most historic and charming neighborhoods; Beacon Hill is famous for its romantic cobblestone streets, old gas lamps, historic and tranquil charm, and, classic brick row houses. Predominately residential, Beacon Hill’s picture-perfect elegance creates a unique atmosphere rarely found anywhere today. The neighborhood features several of the city’s favorite shops, boutiques, cafes, gourmet food stores and restaurants mostly along Charles Street – the neighborhood’s main street. With the State House, Massachusetts General Hospital, Financial District, Suffolk University Emerson College in close proximity, professionals, business leaders, political leaders, and even scholars are naturally drawn to make the neighborhood their home.

Real Estate

Much of the homes consist of brownstones, historic row houses, and single-family town homes. There are a couple mid-rise full-service condo buildings, more so towards the West End. The latest development to Beacon Hill includes the Archer Residences, premiere luxury condos that provide modern, luxury living in the heart of this classic neighborhood.
