With the Governor giving the green light for construction to resume in Boston, here’s a quick refresher of the most anticipated residential projects coming to the city.
The Quinn – South End
Ultra-luxury in the South End! The Quinn will feature 101 luxury condos ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms as well as luxury apartments. The ground floor will be home to 8,500 square feet of commercial space. Select units will have roof cabanas with outdoor kitchens and there will be a full array of resident amenities including 24/7 Doorman, White Glove Concierge Services, Resident Lounge, Common Terrace with Outdoor Kitchen, Game Room, Dog City Pet Spa.
Bulfinch Crossing – Government Center
This mix-use development will replace the Government Center garage and promises to “bring daylight to a block of Congress Street for the first time in half a century.”
When fully built, there will be 800+ housing units including luxury condos, 200 hotel rooms, 1.15 million gross square feet of office space and 82,500 gross square feet of retail space.
St. Regis Residences – Seaport District
Upcoming 22-story mixed-use waterfront building in Boston’s Seaport District, The St. Regis Residences, Boston will contain 114 residential condominiums along with a two-level signature restaurant and three levels of underground parking.
A Harborwalk extension will also be built around the building. The project will be built at the former site of the Whiskey Priest and Atlantic Beer Garden waterfront restaurants.
