One Dalton

Construction is underway on what will be the Boston’s tallest residential skyscraper: the ultra-luxury One Dalton, the private residences operated by the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts in the city’s coveted Back Bay neighborhood. The completed tower with its shimmering, curved glass façade will rise 699 feet (61 stories) into the skyline from its base at 1 Dalton Street, next to the Christian Science Plaza. A 211-room Four Seasons hotel (Boston’s second) will be situated in the building’s first 24 floors. Accessible through a separate entrance, floors 25-61 will include 180 private residences with panoramic views from every unit. The homes, designed by renowned architect Henry Cobb, will also feature 11-foot ceilings, fireplaces, bay windows, concierge and doorman services, on-site parking as well as a private restaurant club on the 50th floor. Residents will also have access to the hotel’s amenities including two restaurants, two lounges, and a health club and spa. This new generation of high-rise will meet the needs of buyers looking for an ultra-luxury residence and the lifestyle it provides, along with brand new construction, within an easy walk to the fabulous shopping and dining options on Newbury Street, the Prudential Center, Copley Place, theatre and the Charles River Esplanade, the Public Garden and more.
