Frann made visiting homes an easy, convenient, and enjoyable experience. I work in downtown Boston and Frann would pick me up at my office, drive to the property, park, visit and drive me back to the office while giving an honest and candid assessment of the homes we had just visited. These “drive-thru” visits were accomplished in under an hour and we probably visited over 50 properties during our search. Once selecting a property on which to make an offer, Frann kicks in her negotiating skills and really becomes an advocate for her client.
